Marufuku is a new addition to the San Francisco ramen scene located in Japantown. Their specialty is Hakata-style ramen (tonkotsu) - pork bone soup made over 20 hours, thin noodles with low water content, and Chashu made from specially selected pork. Typically not a fan of tonkotsu ramen, but they do a good job here. Worth a visit! ?
