There are only 15 restaurants in all of Svalbard. And during our time there, only 1 Thai restaurant was open for lunch. So the choice wasn't hard to visit Taste of Thai; their slogan is the "northernmost Thai restaurant in the world". It's a small restaurant run by workers from Thailand who came to Svalbard because wages here are much higher and no VISA is required. Surprisingly decent! ???
