Ayam Betutu Khas Gilimanuk, a local spot for Balinese steamed chicken and rice that is always packed with diners. Loved everything about it! The chicken is highly seasoned and we ordered the extra spicy version with sauce made from raw onion slices mixed with red chili peppers and coconut oil. It takes at least 24 hours to cook. ?
