Seafood lunch at Chuen Kee, a family-run restaurant on the promenade of the fishing town of Sai Kung. Diners pick their own seafood from the tanks out in front and decide how each item is cooked (steamed, blanched, wok-fried, sauteed). We shared several bottles of Tsingtao as we waited for the food to arrive at our table outside. Delicious lunch!
