Stopped by Dad's Luncheonette, a historic train caboose in Half Moon Bay's scenic Highway 1, that serves reinvented roadside classics showcasing the best farms in the area. They opened in February 2017 by Scott Clark (former Chef de Cuisine at Saison) and his partner Alexis Liu. It was great to see the chef again, full of happiness as he greeted customers. We could really tell that all of the positive energy transferred right into the food itself. Everything was downright delicious and worth the drive over!
