Our last meal in Belgium was at Souvenir located in the town of Ypres (1.5 hour west of Brussels). This was one of the best meals (and best value) of our Europe trip, one that we look back and go "wow". Everything was very balanced with ingredients sourced from passionate farmers, high quality fish from responsible fishermen, and meat from local producers. The menu constantly changes to ensure the highest quality. Can't wait to return to try Chef Vilhjalmur Sigurdarson's food again!
