Made a trip out to Ypres for a special collaboration lunch at one of our favorite restaurants in Europe, Souvenir (located in western Belgium).

The meal featured the very talented Chef Vilhjalmur Sigurdarson of Souvenir Restaurant and Atsushi Tanaka of Restaurant A.T in Paris.
