Always a good meal at Bæst (another restaurant part of the Relæ Group). The focus here is pizza made of local flour, gently fermented then baked at blasting 500 C degrees in a wood-fired oven specifically built in Naples. Everything is made from scratch. Even the mozzarella is made of local organic milk and stretched by hand several times a day. ?
