Last meal in Chiang Mai at Kuay Chap Chang Moi (ก๋วยจั๊บช้างม่อยตัดใหม่). Simply for a bowl of Kuay Chap - rolled rice noodle soup with pork broth, pork meats, and garlic sausage. This spot has one of the best versions of it (Andy Ricker of Pok Pok says it's the best in the area).
