One night in Bergen. Excited to eat Chef Christopher Haatuft's 'Neo-Fjordic' cuisine at Lysverket. Most of Norway (outside of Oslo) is not known to have much good food, but this place is doing something right. The Chef has prior experience from Alinea, Per Se, and Blue Hill at Stone Barns. The team takes the effort to visit the fjords and forage.
