Ending our Bangkok trip with dinner at Sühring (#13 on the 2017 Asia's Best list and #1 in the 2017 BK Magazine's Top Tables), the new 1-yr old restaurant that serves modern German food. It is run by twins Thomas and Mathias Sühring (in partnership with Gaggan Anand) and offers tasting menus of seasonal dishes inspired by their home country. Entering the restaurant feels like a warm welcome into their home; in fact, it's built in a restored townhouse. Aside from the comfortable atmosphere and setting and beautiful presentation, the food here is superb!
