Back at Soei (ร้านเส่ย), undoubtedly one of our favorite meals in Bangkok. It is a local institution that serves intensely flavorful and spicy dishes. We ordered up a feast of more than 20 dishes. We tried one of their specialties, the fried mackerel cheeks; only 4 tables per night get to try it. The chef, P’Soei, is the only cook – every dish that’s served at the restaurant passes though his hands, ensuring high quality. This place is a must visit for anyone serious about food in Bangkok.
