Bo.lan (#19 in 2017 Asia's Top 50 Restaurants) is the restaurant of Chef-Owners Duangporn 'Bo' Songvisava and Dylan 'Lan' Jones. The duo met while working at Chef David Thompson's Nahm (London branch). They grow their own vegetables and have installed systems for recycling organic waste and purifying graywater.
