Back at ramen legend Junichi Shimazaki's shop 'Rock'n Billy Super 1' in Hyogo. It's been 2 years since our last visit and 4 years since our first visit (when he still had his old shop back in Tokyo). Hands down still our favorite bowls of ramen for shoyu and shio. There's nothing quite like watching Shimazaki-san personally make your ramen bowl with his kung-fu like motions and exactness in toppings. Already anticipating our next visit, and hopefully it'll be shorter than 2 years.
