A perfecf tagliatelle al ragu (aka spagbol), créme caramel al parmesan(!), contechino sausage alla Rossini(!), great desserts and an amazing rosette cotte, that was immidiately “destroyed” by Massimo to put a perfect bite together for me! (So no decent photo)
