Leandro Carreira, former Head Chef of Viajante with stints at Lyle's and Mugaritz, cooks a cuisine which is Portuguese with Japanese influences in the plating.
We went there for Sunday lunch and had besides the tuna belly, 2 versions of prawn, the beef and the suckling pig with the offal rice. The latter being besides the ice cream dessert the high light of the meal. The crust was perfect while the meat was still moist.
Overall I found this place much better than all the bad review Mr. Carreira has been collecting.
