Lunch at Tenzushi, the arguably most prominent proponent of Kyushu style sushi.
The sushi at Tenzushi is served with kabosu and sudachi (Japanese citrus), which is different from Edo-mae Sushi that serves sushi with soy sauce.
The Chef uses ingredients mainly from the seas around Kyushu, and each sushi is made one by one with care for a superior product. In order to focus on the taste of the sushi, he doesn't offer liquor or an omakase option.
However, besides the impeccable sushi which by itself would warrant a trip to Kyomachi, he has a great sense of humour and speaks quite well English, so a meal there becomes a wonderful experience.
