The new home of Nils Henkel is located on the slopes of the Rheingau overlooking some of the best Riesling vineyards in the world.
His cuisine unfortunately does not measure up to the greatness of the surrounding vines. Although perfectly well executed it looks and tastes outdated and old fashioned. Hopefully he can find his groove again. We know he can do it.
