Husband and wife operation in one of the oldest neighbourhoods of Buenos Aires. A cool, sparse dining room with some counter seating. Both have worked in Europe and it shows in their technique even though they source local ingredients and try to stay true to their home country.
Some really interesting dishes and flavour combinations, all of them perfectly executed.
For me this was without doubt the best meal in Buenos Aires.
