Carp is really not something we eat much in Denmark but this excellent piece of juicy freshwater fish @mrazundsohn made me consider if we should start doing so. It was served with a kimchi emulsion and dried kimchi cabbage on top. Slightly spicy and full of umami .

Despite being quite unknown outside Austria, two Michelin-starred @mrazundsohn is one of Vienna's best restaurants.
