I wouldn't call the style @restaurant_geranium New Nordic ... except from the desserts which are playing a lot with herbs and vegetables; but without being ascetic in any sense and I love them. This one has a super light woodruff mousse in the bottom topped with a rose of fresh sorrel sorbet. Probably the most perfect mousse I've ever come across. Thank you very much, @rkgeranium, @sorenledet and the rest of the team! .
