A serene sushi restaurant located in a small town called Iwaki.
Mixing produce from local seas and other areas of Japan, the master creates an unforgettable dining experience.

I was especially blown away by the locally-sourced fish called メヒカリ (Mehikari). The master made us taste two nigiri side by side. Both メヒカリ but aged for different periods of time. You could clearly taste the difference in the fat and it was a super memorable learning opportunity for me.
