One of the best affordable sushi restaurants in Japan🇯🇵

1枚目: 鯖　Mackerel
2枚目: 甘エビ　Sweet shrimp
3枚目: 白エビ　Japanese glass shrimp

I only had 30min at Kanazawa station and this was the best place for a quick but tasty platter of local sushi. The chef was super friendly as he asked me where in Japan I had come from, while preparing the nigiri.

Just from the pictures, you can tell the freshness of the locally-sourced seafood. Definitely recommend to anyone who has limited time to dine at Kanazawa station. ( I don’t recommend going to their Tokyo branches )
