Literally, every single piece of Tempura Naruse was the best version of tempura for each ingredient I’ve ever had!
- Broccoli that mind-blowingly melts in your mouth, resembling snow.
- Baby Haze (Goby Fish) with the head and bones fried, then crushed and sprinkled on top.
- The softest Ika squid.
- Signature cutlass ebodai fish with an addicting shaved radish dipping sauce, as mentioned previously.
- Amadai Tilefish with crispy skin intact.
- Gobo (Burdock Root).
- Juicy Hamaguri Clams.
