創作麺工房 鳴龍
Michelin awarded another star to Nakiryu, a ramen shop in Tokyo, following Tsuta's success as the first ramen shop in Japan to receive a Michelin star. Nakiryu is known for its refined shoyu ramen, using chicken and beef bones, raw oysters, and shoyu from Wakayama. The noodles are made in house with four types of Japanese flour. The tantanmen, a creamy base topped with the shop's original spice oil, is a must-try. The shop doesn't have a ticket system, so customers must arrive early. The lost their star in 2023 along with all of the starred ramen shops.
