烈志笑魚油 麺香房 三く (Sanku in Osaka)
I think Sanku is my current favorite shop in Osaka. I dig it! It's funky and delicious. Sanku, whose full name is Resshi Shoyu Menkobo Sanku (烈志笑魚油 麺香房 三く) is one of those shops that looks interesting in photos and then completely blows you away when you visit. Roasted malt sprinkled on the noodles? It works.
