I visited Russia specifically to try Ku Ramen (yes, I'm a weirdo ramen nerd). The shop is a powerhouse in Moscow, with a couple shops doing 10 times the covers of your average Japanese ramen shop. The ramen was solid, with homemade noodles and a nice balance of salt and umami. I tried the entire menu. Tops were the tsukemen, duck shoyu, and shio. The side menu is fun. I never thought I'd be eating ゴヤチャンプル in Moscow.
