I have been to Bon Bon since before they got their star 6 years ago. Really innovative cooking and they are now getting to a consistency where a second star is certainly a possibility. Run by a very enthusiastic owner, a true food lover, who is in charge of the wine pairing and runs the restaurant.
Very interesting “mushroom” dessert. A great combination and possible signature dish
One of the best dishes I have had in quite a while. The red mullet was excellent and the cauliflower combination worked really well
