For this off-menu dish of angulas (young eels) with spider crab, you need to ‘know-a-guy’ and pre order. If you are in Barcelona during the season for these baby eels (Nov-Dec), you can find them all over. But avoid the fake ones that you’ll find in the tourist traps. This dish at Estimar was one of the most memorable dishes I’ve ever had. Like the ultimate bowl of ramen. Sublime ❤️ .
