Exuberant Chef @scottabchef Scott Barnard holds court at the kitchen counter just a short hike out of London in Tring. The banter is forthcoming and the food is better than quite a few one Michelin star restaurants I have visited (this is a running theme of quite a few meals I’ve had in the UK). Definitely worth a look if you have a spare afternoon and fancy getting out of that London
