Wow. Just, wow. A three month old kappo/kaiseki restaurant blew me away tonight. Top level technique, ingenious flavors, wonderful hospitality. It’s such a pleasure to be there at the “beginning” for what is clearly destined to be a highly exclusive gourmet enclave.
