The Sühring twins have had an illustrious career throughout the world but now are back together in Bangkok with their own restaurant.
The food is very playful with lots of references to Germany and German "street food" like Leberkäs and Curry Wurst, but when it comes to the main dishes (duck, grey fish etc) they show solid technique and great combination of flavour. I can see the appeal of the German play-food but I prefer the main dishes. Less
