Once again a really great mixture of traditions and creativitiy, seafood and groundfood.
Absolute favorite: the amanita ponderosa mushrooms in a butter cream with beer yeast, the croaker head, the pork cheek, the fava beans with egg, and all the desserts! (Olive oil-salt chocolate mousse, goat cheese creme brulée, sourdough bread pudding with salt caramel sauce, choco cake)
