In Rome my friend suggested me to visit Otaleg for their gelato. And it was SO GOOD! They have many flavors at any time and after one try I decided I needed to go back to try the rest I wanted. There is always a line but it runs quickly.

I went 4 times in 3 days 😬🙈 and here were the combos I got. For fruit flavor peach is my natural pick and it came out tasting - natural! Very real peach taste like eating frozen peach pulp, I encored it immediately the second time.

I love salty and sweet flavor harmony, so here the ricotta cheese flavors (two of them) are what I craved. Gorgonzola was intense and so addictive, and roasted and salted peanut with chocolate was the 💣

On my last visit I just wanted to encore my favorite, I thought and thought and decided these: Ricotta cheese with pistachio, almond and lemon, Gorgonzola, and Salted Peanuts. All white combo. (I actually do have a thing about all white desserts)
