One of my favourites in London. Usually they prepare an extended version of the tasting menu with some new dishes added.
I love this well sourced and executed food.

- Gerhard Huber added a new meal Dinner at Enigma at Enigma with Mikkel Steen Andersen
The latest and biggest venture of Albert Adria. More food theatre than restaurant, constantly changing venues keeps the diners on their toes.
However, the food is surprisingly good and ever more so conservative. No spheres, hardly any foam and not one deconstructed dish.
This might lead to some unfulfilled expectations and thus to disappointment,... More

This might lead to some unfulfilled expectations and thus to disappointment, but I was pleasantly surprised.
The angulas and the pigeon were highlights of a very pleasing and tasty meal. Less

When in Stockholm one needs to go to the incomparable Lisa Elmqvist. The Skagen Toast with shrimps and dill is just sooo good!

- Gerhard Huber added a new meal Lunch at Indian Accent at Indian Accent
The third outlet of the mini-group (after NYC and Delhi). Most likely the most upscale Indian restaurant in London.
The dishes feel and taste more French than Indian it was not for the spices added to them.

- Gerhard Huber added a new meal Lunch at Hoppers at Hoppers
A wonderful casual restaurant in Soho, serving the food of Sri Lanka and named after the country’s lacy fermented rice and coconut milk pancakes shaped like a bowl.
Great food and even better prices, go early to avoid queues.

The outstanding dishes of the meal were the Crapaudine Beetroot cooked in Beef Fat which created an unbelievable texture and flavour and the Plum, Kernel and Thyme dessert.
The wine list has enough choices to satisfy the diner and includes a chart which helps to choose the right balance between fruit, acidity and body. Very interesting concept.
Fantastic meal at a very decent price.

- Gerhard Huber added a new meal Lunch at Ritz Restaurant at The Ritz
John Williams' dining room in The Ritz London is astonishing. Almost always full although it is huge. Despite the size the kitchen manages to churn out classic French dishes with a surprising quality. My lunch companion was Andy Hayler, so I am sure the Chefs were trying especially hard.
At one star I feel this places is slightly underrated.
