The Gozalo X Ganevat X Brutus event was one of the best meals I've enjoyed at Brutus in Oslo thus far. A near perfect five-course menu, with well-balanced and delectable flavors. Natural wine makers Anne Ganevat of Ganevat Wines in Jura, France, and Ismael Gozalo of Microbio Wines in Nieva, Spain was present to serve their delicious juices.
