Third meal in less than 2 years. This Tabelog Gold and now GM three star restaurants is certainly a benchmark in Fukuoka and maybe even in Japan.

Wonderful traditional kaiseki restaurant right next to the river in Fukuoka. The windows are are arranged that you privacy but still can see the river nicely.

The food is prepared with excellent ingredients and superbly executed, with some stuning plating.
