90% of my yearly pig’s ear consumption is happening here: in La Cuchara de San Telmo pintxo bar, in Donostia / San Sebastian, Spain.
But also their morcilla (blood sausage) and cotxinillo de leitza (suckling pig), pulpo gallego (Galician octopus) and risotto de orzo (pasta risotto with squid) is fab, as always!
